De Multistrada is onder andere voorzien van Adaptieve Cruise Controle, Bochten ABS, Ducati Traction controle en rij modi. De nieuwe generatie Multistrada V4 is de meest veelzijdige Ducati die tot nu toe is geproduceerd. Daarbij is hij voorzien van het geavanceerde V4 Granturismo motorblok. Dit blok is sterker en soepeler als voorheen en daardoor heel goed hanteerbaar op zowel Asfalt als Onverhard. Het Gran Turismo V4 blok is gebouwd om veel afstanden af te leggen, hierdoor hebben ze de Desmo Service op 60.000 KM gezet. Multistrada is Italiaans voor ‘Vele of Alle Wegen’. Uitgerust met de modernste electronica is deze alleskunner klaar om iedere weg te bedwingen en elke hoek van de aarde te verkennen.
